Views

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 do not apply to View products that we sell because of the instantaneous method of delivery once your account has been accessed.

Since clarifiedby.diligenciagroup.com/ is offering intangible irrevocable data we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and information has been viewed on your account. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing from our site.

You acknowledge that you were made aware (or had the opportunity to be made aware by reading the Refund policy, access to which is at the bottom of every page) that your cancellation rights had ended as soon as you viewed data on your account.

In some exceptional circumstances we will consider a refund if your account has not been accessed and Views or Service Credits have not been spent. In these circumstances please contact info@diligenciagroup.com with details of your purchase and the reason you are requesting a refund. This must be done within 14 days of your purchase.

Upon receiving your request for a refund, we will check your ClarifiedBy account for access of information before contacting you to advise if a refund is possible. If it is, we will only refund the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase within 14 days of your request.

Organisation and person updates

Requesting an organisation or person update or ordering a new report (both of which would cost up to 10 "Service Credits") which we describe as "offline" activity are not delivered instantaneously but can be ordered via our website.

If you need to change or cancel a report that is not immediately available, you may do so provided you contact us and advise us within 3 hours of your original order. In the event of a cancellation a refund of your Service Credits may be given to your account if we have not incurred any time/costs, but this will not be refunded in cash/bank transfer.

Once work has commenced by us we may not be able to alter or cancel your order. Please contact us directly for further information.

When you order an update we will give an estimated delivery date. We aim to deliver your report before the due date but because we are reliant on third party agents there are sometimes delays beyond our control. We will contact you as soon as we are aware of any potential delay. Time is not of the essence in these contracts.

The content of Organisation and Person reports can differ greatly in the information that is available. This is outside of our control and is due to the differing legislations in various jurisdictions regarding the legal requirements.
