Diligencia partners with Xapien to address growing demand for risk visibility in complex markets

Organisations face increasing pressure to assess third-party risk quickly and accurately, particularly in regions where fragmented public records and inconsistent access to official company information make due diligence more challenging. These issues can slow onboarding, increase investigation costs and make it harder for risk, compliance and research teams to build a complete view of their counterparties.

To help address this need, Diligencia, a specialist provider of due diligence and corporate intelligence solutions across the wider Middle East and Africa (MEA), and Xapien, a dynamic due diligence platform, have partnered to integrate Diligencia’s proprietary company data into Xapien’s platform.

The integration gives Xapien users access to Diligencia’s growing database of more than 29 million entities and direct shareholder information across 73 MEA countries, including markets where public registries are limited or closed. This helps organisations run due diligence, research, risk and onboarding processes more efficiently, particularly for teams with cross-border exposure.

The partnership gives risk and compliance teams clear visibility of third-party risk across even the most complex markets — combining Diligencia's trusted regional data with Xapien's AI-powered research to accelerate confident decisions at scale.

“Reliable corporate information is essential for understanding risk, particularly in markets where official company data can be difficult to access. By integrating Diligencia’s verified corporate intelligence with Xapien’s AI-driven research capabilities, organisations will be able to assess risk more quickly and comprehensively. We are delighted to be working with Xapien on this initiative,” said Nouri Bakkali, Founder and CEO of Diligencia.

Chris Green, CEO of Xapien added "Fragmented datasets don’t just slow teams down, they carry more risk. By bringing Diligencia's specialist MEA coverage into Xapien, our users get richer, more locally accurate corporate data built into every report, so they can make faster, better-informed decisions on counterparties and clients, and focus their attention where the risk lies."
