In most cases, they are not, simply because many corporate registries across the Middle East and Africa do not provide live commercial API access. Instead, we combine official collection methods with scheduled refreshes and analyst validation.
Refresh frequency depends on the jurisdiction, entity type, regulatory environment, sector priority and client demand, with update cycles ranging from daily to annual review. We use automation to collect and process data at scale, but human analysts remain essential for verifying ownership structures, UBOs, affiliations and complex shareholding chains. Where information is restricted or unavailable, we only reflect officially disclosed data.
